Commission a Portrait.
Every portrait starts the same simple way: a few good photos and a note about who or what's in it. From there, Raven will let you know whether the piece is a good fit, roughly how long it will take, and what it will cost. This covers both the watercolor/ink Pet Portraits line and the graphite Faithful Friends line — just mention which style you're after (or send a favorite piece from either gallery).
Reach out
Email a bit about your animal (and any people, for a Faithful Friends piece) — personality, relationship, and what the portrait is for (a keepsake, a gift, a memorial piece).
Share photos
Send several clear, well-lit photos. Close-ups of the face and a few full-body or group shots give Raven the most to work with.
Confirm the details
Raven will follow up with a size, medium, price, and estimated timeline before any work begins.
Portrait, delivered
Once approved, the piece is painted or drawn by hand and shipped out when finished.
A note on pricing & timing
Because every portrait is worked by hand and priced by size, medium, and complexity, there isn't a fixed price list — Raven will quote your piece once she's seen your photos and heard what you're after. She takes on a limited number of commissions at a time, so it's worth reaching out early if you have a date in mind.
